Preparing Fire Hydrants & Sprinkler Layouts.
Preparation of Builder's works (Slab & wall openings).
Preparing Qty Take of sheet & BOM.
Documentation – Project wise Filing & Scanning.
Site Visited & Site Issue Resolved.
Good understanding of local design standards, code & local authority requirements.
Added advantage of having knowledge on design calculation.
Review DBR & Concept design reports for MEP Systems.
Monitoring the Schedules for Drawing Submittal
Resolving RFI (Request For Information) received from site.
Who are we looking for?
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Passed
Completed ITI draftsman Course & Good Auto CAD Knowledge, skill
Basic Revit MEP course
Advantage – Diploma
Experience:
Core Design Experience Min 8 to 10 years in Mechanical services - Public Health Engineering, Fire Fighting & HVAC Services in MEP real-estate industry Grade A Developer in India.
Key Skills & Competencies:
