Job Description
A Senior Analyst focuses specifically on the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Workforce Software (WFM) system. They bridge the gap between IT and Operations, ensuring the software accurately models business rules and delivers actionable data for scheduling, capturing, forecasting, and calculating time data for payroll processes..
The Workforce Software Senior Analyst is the subject matter expert responsible for the technical administration, configuration, and data integrity of the Workforce Software (WFM) system. This role ensures the WFM platform accurately reflects business logic, supports efficient staffing and scheduling, and provides reliable data for operational and financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
- WFM System Administration & Configuration: Maintain and update core WFM system settings, policy profiles, employee profiles, time-off policies, quota calculations and timesheet calculations.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of data integrations between the WFM system and upstream HR/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP Employee Central Payroll). Troubleshoot and resolve data flow errors.
- User Management: Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the WFM application.
- System Upgrades & Testing: Participate in testing and validation for WFM system upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts to ensure seamless performance and compliance.
- Optimization & Analysis: Monitor jobs for review and correction of errors.
- Rule Engine Optimization: Analyze current scheduling models and configuration settings to identify opportunities for improved forecasting accuracy, adherence, and efficiency.
