We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Packet Core Performance team in Noida, India. In this role, you will be the technical backbone supporting PS Core network performance for our customers. You'll combine deep technical expertise with hands-on delivery to ensure optimal network performance, seamless acceptance testing, and exceptional customer coordination. This position requires a proactive mindset, readiness for 24/7 support, and proven expertise in packet core technologies, 5GSA, IMS/VoLTE, and leading vendor architectures. What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive PS Core performance support and technical guidance to customers
Design, analyze, and optimize packet core network performance across 5GSA, EPC, VoLTE, and VoWiFi solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance degradation and data complaint spikes in real-time
Conduct detailed analysis of packet core performance KPIs (ASR, PDP, VoLTE PSR, CSFB, SRVCC, TAU, Service Req SR, Bearer SR, RAU, X2O, Gx, Gy) and develop improvement plans
Product-level knowledge of Ericsson and Nokia architectures (minimum two vendors)
Advanced understanding of 5GSA, EPC, VoLTE, and VoWiFi solutions with call flow knowledge
Comprehensive knowledge of packet core surrounding nodes (AMF, SMF, PCRF, AAA, DNS, Charging) and their PM reporting tools
Expert-level ability to analyze and develop improvement plans for performance and capacity KPIs
Strong grasp of critical parameters and their impact on packet core and VoLTE network KPIs at counter level
Proficiency in SIP and Diameter interfaces with error code interpretation
Advanced skills in using network tools, trace analysis, and data interpretation
Familiarity with virtualization and cloud concepts; hands-on experience with virtual nodes is a plus
Knowledge of automation technologies to streamline operations
