About the Role
We are seeking a hands‑on Veeva Vault Sr DevOps Consultant with strong configuration experience across Veeva Vault Regulatory, Clinical, and/or Safety Vaults. The ideal candidate will have solid experience supporting Vault configuration, release management, validation, and environment coordination in a GxP‑regulated Life Sciences environment.
This role will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and Business stakeholders to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient delivery of Vault enhancements, releases, and operational support.
Role Responsibilities
Veeva Vault Configuration & Support
- Configure and support Veeva Vault applications (Regulatory, Clinical, or Safety) in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain Vault configuration elements including object models, lifecycles, workflows, permissions, document types, and metadata.
- Support configuration changes across multiple Vault environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
- Support Integration, API, Interface and have ability to build solution using Java, HTML, CSS, Python along with good understanding of Azure.
DevOps & Release Management

Support Vault release management activities, including:
- Impact assessments for Veeva releases and internal changes

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience using Jira and ALM tools.
- Veeva Vault Admin Certification.
- Working knowledge of Azure cloud services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience across multiple Vault domains (Regulatory, Clinical, Safety).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD concepts in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Vault integrations and downstream system interactions.
- Working knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Shell).
- Experience supporting Veeva Vault releases and upgrades.
