Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery using the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC). Design and implement LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases. Drive spec-driven development, translating business requirements into technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and production-ready AI solutions. Develop AI applications using Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and modern AI frameworks. Establish AI governance, model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Build and support scalable data pipelines for AI and analytics workloads. Skill Requirements

Required Skills

8+ years in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or AI Engineering.

Hands-on experience with:

Generative AI & LLMs Agentic AI RAG Architecture Prompt Engineering

AIDLC

Spec-Driven AI Development Python Azure OpenAI Databricks PySpark & SQL Experience with production deployment, MLOps, monitoring, and governance. Preferred Skills Snowflake Azure Functions Terraform GitHub Actions Artifactory SonarQube Healthcare domain experience

Key Responsibilities
