We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM CC (Convergent Charging) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in BRIM CC implementation and AMS support projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in highly customized BRIM landscapes and possess cross-domain BRIM knowledge to support complex charging and billing scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP BRIM CC implementation and AMS support activities
Configure and support Convergent Charging (CC) components including:
Charge plans, rate plans, and pricing models
Usage-based and event-based charging scenarios
Balance management and charging rules
Handle incident, problem, and change management in AMS engagements
Perform root cause analysis and resolution of CC-related issues
Work on highly customized BRIM CC solutions and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CI, CM and SOM)
Support integration between CC and other BRIM components
