Your work profile
The primary role of the SAP Project Manager will be to drive SAP Implementation & Transformation projects aligned with aligned with customer's Project/Product organization and/or relative IT/Business organization. For driving individual project, you will execute project management works such as Issue/Time/Cost/Risk/Communication/Quality/Resource/Session Managements. Responsible to lead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives. Project Manager will plan and manage multiple related projects including cost/benefit analysis, estimation of budgets, timelines, and resources required for successful and timely completion of projects. The SAP Project Manager will also assist in the development of measurement processes/methods for assessing progress towards goals and project outcomes.
Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape.
Create detailed project plans and execute them
Understand SAP project methodology and premium engagement’s services and drive adoption

Coordinate involvement of SAP consultants and support resources and lead them in project
Properly make reports and escalation to management or executive level
Manage project scope, resources, budget, schedule to ensure that the project team members are meeting the deadlines and following the guidelines.
Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.
Should be able to direct, manage and motivate the project team in multi-vendor and multi country environment.
Handle the escalations and conflict within the project team.
Have good working experience in stakeholder management, change management, communication plan, risk and mitigation, implementation, and cutover plan.
Prepare Project status updates based on the stakeholders, handle Steering Meetings, Phase exits and Project meetings.
Key skills required
Overall 8-12 years of experience of which minimum 3 years should have been in project management
Proven experience in leading SAP Implementation projects (should have handled at least 2 implementations end to end)
MUST have strong Functional knowledge in any of the SAP Modules like FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM. EXCLUDE people with experience in ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW and HCM
MUST have worked on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC
Should have strong project management skills
MUST have worked with MNCs/International clients as well
Experience in Project Management Tools
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & presentation skills
Certifications like PMP/Agile/Scrum Master/Prince2 is preferred.
Good leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills
Experience in Cloud Solutions
MNC with Multi geography
Activate Methodology experience
Bachelor’s in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Knowledge and experience of other agile, lean and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, etc.)
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
