We are the main point of contact for the CFO (Business Partners) of specific legal entities. We are responsible for the financial statements of the legal entities and ensure financial compliance with local legislation and Group Guidelines. Our main tasks are carried out in close cooperation with the centralized accounting departments and the various Group Functions (e.g. Tax, Treasury etc.). Besides other tasks we keep our Business Partners informed about the financial development of the entities and take responsibility for certain activities as agreed with the CFO. In addition, we are responsible for the coordination of financial and tax audits and support other projects in various roles as assigned.
In your role you will be responsible for several legal entities assigned to you. You will also take part and lead several projects aimed at gaining efficiencies within ABP’s processes or quality improvements of the financials reported by our Team.

Working fully independent in the below areas:
Preparation and/or validation of necessary accounting reports or analysis
Performing accounting tasks (also relating to MEC) especially by:
Undertake month-end closing tasks
Explanation of identified deficiencies or irregularities in accounting entries
Documents and work-done archiving

Providing necessary information to relevant stakeholders
Answering questions in a timely and professional manner
Inform managers of any observed irregularity
Being a point of contact for TL, higher management, project teams on a daily basis etc
Maintain high quality work and seek out better ways of performing processes especially by:

Tasks performance in a timely manner
Tasks performance in accordance to procedures
Tasks performance in accordance to control matrix.

Procedures writing /updating
Manage documentation in accordance to changes in processes
Providing solutions to the problems
Participate in projects assigned by managers
Running, coordinating, owning improvement or accounting projects
Monitoring of tax and accounting law changes, implementation of necessary changes and solutions
Supervising migration and transition projects
Maintaining active and professional communication with CFOs and other stakeholders
Participate in internal and external audits
Health and safety regulations compliance
Undertake any add hock tasks as assigned by manager
