• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall service delivery.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret security data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and managing dashboards and reports to support security monitoring.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive security visibility.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements relevant to security operations.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business intelligence tools in security contexts.
