About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Senior Technical Manager to oversee our core digital ecosystem. You will lead multiple engineering teams working across a diverse technology stack to deliver high-availability, secure, and scalable applications.
This role requires a leader who can manage cross-functional dependencies, interface with Infrastructure and Infosec teams, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable digital solutions that align with our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of the projects portfolio.
Team Management: Manage teams across different technology stacks, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
Domain Expertise: Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, utilizing deep knowledge of the Lending/FinTech domain (Origination, Credit, Disbursement).
- Technical Governance:
Oversee technical architecture, solutioning and deployment process.
Ensure all developments adhere to best practices, processes and security standards.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for the project and ensure seamless integration with internal/external systems (e.g., middleware, third party services).
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Experience: 10+ years in IT, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role managing complex projects with multiple teams .
- Technical Depth:
Strong understanding of multi-tier architectures and databases
Experience with Java Spring boot and NodeJS/NextJS/ReactJS
AI/ML Exposure: Experience managing projects involving AI/ML platforms, LLM integration, or data science pipelines.
Problem Solving: Ability to navigate complex architectural challenges and provide technical direction during critical project phases.
Leadership: Experience managing "managers" (Team Leads) and handling team sizes of 10+ members.
Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in the Financial Services or Lending industry, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications:
Education: BE degree in Computer, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree a plus)

10+ years of progressive experience in software development
4+ years of experience in managing team
