Roles & Responsibilities :

• Define project plan for global template rollouts, considering schedule / cost optimization and dependencies

• Understand stakeholder mapping in a large and complex rollout program, and ensure that tasks, requests, escalations, etc. are directed at the appropriate stakeholders

• Understand the activities in each phase in detail, and plan and monitor work accordingly

• Capacity planning at a granular level (e.g. process chain / module level)

• Partner with resource managers worldwide to ensure supply of planned capacities

• Create project teams, and provide direction

• Envisage risks, and define mitigation plan in consultation with the team and appropriate stakeholders

• Establish and monitor program tracking and governance

• Ensure the execution of project within QCD targets

• Create Standard Operating Procedures to manage rollout projects
