SAP FICO Product Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI & CO‑PA SME to lead solution design, configuration, and support for SAP Financial Accounting and Profitability Analysis. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in SAP FI and CO‑PA, preferably in

SAP S/4HANA

environments, with the ability to work closely with business and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and configuration for

SAP FI

(GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) Design and support CO‑PA (Costing‑Based and/or Account‑Based) for profitability reporting Ensure seamless FI–CO‑PA integration and accurate margin analysis Support month‑end/year‑end close and financial reporting Conduct business workshops and translate requirements into SAP solutions Support testing (UAT), data migration, cutover, and hypercare Act as SME and escalation point for complex FI & CO‑PA issues Skill Requirements Mandatory Skills Strong hands‑on experience in SAP FI and CO‑PA In‑depth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance Experience in at least one SAP implementation / rollout / upgrade Strong understanding of financial processes and profitability analysis Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

S/4HANA Conversion or Greenfield implementation experience SAP FI / S/4HANA Finance certification Exposure to SAP Analytics (Embedded Analytics / SAC)

Other Requirements

Certification in SAP FICO module is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Engineering CA / MBA / CMA – preferred
