SAP FICO HANA (2 Implementation Exp)

Job Responsibilities1.Minimum 8+ years of SAP functional consulting or ERP process delivery experiencewithin the relevant business domain, with strong hands-on knowledge of SAPS/4HANA capabilities and standard processes relevant to the assigned domain2. Strong understanding of industry-standard business processes and how they aresupported in SAP S/4HANA3. Ability to understand specialized business, governance, compliance, andoperational needs within complex organizations such as public sector institutions ordevelopment banks4. Experience working with public sector organizations, international institutions,development banks, or similarly complex environments is strongly preferred5. Ability to balance SAP S/4HANA standard capabilities with unique organizationalneeds and help achieve practical solutions workable for both business and technicalteams6. Experience with SAP S/4HANA functional testing, defect resolution, processvalidation, and SAP S/4HANA configuration activities7. Experience preparing functional specifications for enhancements and customdevelopments8. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business users,technical teams, integration teams, and other stakeholdersSkills :• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting, ManagerialAccounting, Controlling, Financial Reporting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Treasury, andCash Management capabilities• Experience supporting financial closing, reconciliation, financial reporting, treasuryoperations, and financial control processes within complex organizations• Understanding of integrated finance processes across procurement, receivables,treasury, payroll, projects, funds, grants, and reporting functions• Understanding of financial operating models involving member capitalsubscriptions, donor funding, external funds, grants, pledges, trust funds, or similarinstitutional funding structures• Familiarity with regulated, audit-sensitive, multi-entity, and multi-currency financialoperating environments is preferred• Ability to align specialized institutional financial management requirements with SAPstandard capabilities and leading practicesAssociate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates
