Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities : An experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support the complex warehouse management processes across global business units. The candidate should possess strong functional and troubleshooting expertise in SAP EWM and be capable of independently handling critical incidents, service requests, problem tickets, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer discussions.
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP EWM incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex EWM issues within SLA timelines.

- Inbound Processing
- Outbound Processing
- Internal Warehouse Processes
- Goods Receipt / Goods Issue
- Putaway Strategies
- Picking Strategies
- Replenishment
- Physical Inventory
- Cross Docking
- Slotting and Rearrangement
- Wave Management
- Yard Management
- Labor Management
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
