SAP SD/CS Functional Analyst We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Systems Analyst - SAP SD/CS Functional with 4-6 years of experience in SAP ECC. The ideal candidate will support and enhance SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) business processes, work closely with business stakeholders, and provide functional expertise for system improvements, issue resolution, and project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Functional Support Support and maintain SAP SD processes including: Customer Master Data Material Master Data Sales Order Processing Pricing and Condition Techniques Delivery and Shipping Billing and Invoicing Returns Processing Analyze and resolve production support issues within defined SLAs. Assist in configuration changes to meet business requirements. SAP CS Functional Support

Support SAP Customer Service processes including:

Service Notifications Service Orders Equipment Master Functional Locations Warranty Processing Service Contracts Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to customer service operations Skill Requirements

SAP ECC CS

Order-to-Cash (OTC) Pricing Configuration Shipping & Billing Service Orders & Notifications Equipment & Warranty Management Functional Specifications SAP Integration Concepts Testing & Defect Management

Other Requirements

1.SAP Certified Application Associate Sales and Distribution, preferred.
