Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Design and develop reports using:
- SAP Lumira (where applicable)
- Create ad hoc reporting solutions for business users.
- Develop complex queries, calculations, variables, and report formatting
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports.
SAP BI Platform Administration
- Install, configure, and administer SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 / BI 2025.
- Manage CMS repositories, FRS servers, and server groups.
- Configure authentication mechanisms:
- Monitor platform health and availability.
Migration & Upgrade Activities
- Participate in migrations from:
- Validate report compatibility and regression testing.

Perform repository migration and content promotion- Develop rollback and cutover strategies.
- Implement role-based security models.
- Manage users, groups, and folder-level permissions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance policies.

- Optimize Universes, SQL generation, and report scheduling.
- Configure caching and server tuning.
- Troubleshoot production performance issues.
Required Technical Skills

- Information Design Tool (IDT)
- Central Management Console (CMC)
- DB2
- Data Warehousing Concepts
- Experience with SAP BW and SAP HANA reporting.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Understanding of enterprise data governance and metadata management.
- BusinessObjects BI 2025 migration projects.
- Large-scale enterprise reporting modernization.
- Reporting platform consolidation initiatives.
- Hybrid and cloud reporting architectures.
- Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, or Retail domain experience
