We are currently seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud SME Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Role: Salesforce Revenue Cloud SME Trainer

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) Trainer with 5+ years of experience. You will own the end-to-end enablement strategy for our global teams. You will design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs. These programs will cover Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and advanced Revenue Cloud functionalities. Your goal is to bridge the gap between technical architecture and business operations to drive maximum system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Content Development

• Design learning paths tailored for distinct audiences (Admins, Developers, Sales Ops, and End-Users).

• Build hands-on lab environments in training sandboxes with realistic product bundles and pricing rules.

• Create multimedia training assets including quick-reference guides, interactive modules, and video tutorials.

Training Delivery & Enablement

• Lead live training sessions (virtual and classroom) for global business units and technical teams.

• Train sales teams on Guided Selling, quote generation, amendment cycles, and contract renewals.

• Conduct technical deep-dives for IT staff on order orchestration, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
