We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of our Salesforce platform and associated business applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce testing expertise with automation capabilities and a passion for continuous quality improvement.
This role will be responsible for executing and automating test scenarios, defining quality standards, shaping QA strategy, validating releases, and establishing quality metrics across Salesforce solutions supporting business-critical processes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining platform stability while enabling rapid delivery of new capabilities through Agile development practices.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Execution
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, system, and user acceptance testing.
Validate business processes implemented within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Ensure complete coverage across user stories, enhancements, defects, integrations, and releases.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
Test Automation
Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks with a preference for Tricentis Tosca.

Proven experience executing end-to-end test cycles and release validation activities.
Skills Needed:
Understanding of Salesforce Security Model including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing
Salesforce capabilities in Case , Account , Contact and Opportunity Management
Test Automation tools (Tricentis Tosca preferred)
Test automation framework design
Regression automation
End-to-end automation execution
Test data preparation and management
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced
environment.
Experience in dealing with ambiguous and undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
Experience With Financial Services Cloud
Knowledge of non-functional testing
