Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, integrations, and customization, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows to meet business requirements Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integration Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and release management Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements Skill Requirements 7+ years of Salesforce development experience

Strong expertise in:

Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura (good to have) SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and governance limits Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps) Exposure to Salesforce architecture patterns and best practices Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
