Role Objective
Drive accelerated growth across India,by expanding enterprise, Govt and PSU client relationships, building a strong regional pipeline, and scaling revenue through a mix of new business acquisition and strategic account development. The role requires a leader who can navigate diverse market dynamics, build local relevance, and scale the business from an emerging footprint to a high-growth regional portfolio.
Regional Market Expansion:
- Own and drive sales strategy across India across chosen domains (Discrete manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities and Tech Services) with adjacencies towards Process & Pharma, Retailand emerging industries with a focus on new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Identify and prioritize high-growth accounts and spread to the Medium segments and sectors within the region based on maturity, demand, and competitive landscape
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across Enterprise services, Engineering services, Digital Transformation projects and AI jumpstart
