About the Team
Become a member of Workday’s Finance Operations Team, as a Revenue Operations Analyst! The ideal fit is someone who wants to make their mark in a growing organization; a self starter, an extraordinary communicator, and someone who enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Our team drives action to improve processes and works to establish rapport and trust with internal customers. This position reports directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations.
About the Role
Proudly represent our organization by displaying Workday’s core values such as Customer Service, Innovation, and Integrity, in your role as a Revenue Operations Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the timely and accurate integration of Sales Orders from Salesforce to Workday
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Legal, etc.) to resolve Sales Order-related issues
- Finding opportunities and lead initiatives that drive departmental and cross-functional efficiencies, particularly in system improvements and scaling of processes
- Contributing to Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Operations Close (Journal Entries, Reconciliations etc.)
