Eligibility:
Minimum 3+ years of prior professional experience

3–12 years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise architecture role in Microsoft PowerPlatform.
Proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 / Azure-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with:
Copilot implementation (Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio)
Azure OpenAI services and AI solution deployment
Building conversational AI or chatbot solutions
Experience integrating enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, HR systems) with AI solutions.
Strong experience with security, compliance, and governance frameworks in enterprise environments.
Exposure to multi-tenant environments and large-scale enterprise deployments.
Experience conducting POCs, pilots, and scaling AI solutions into production Architecture & Solution Design
Design end-to-end Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Define scalable AI architectures incorporating Azure AI services, orchestration patterns, and data grounding strategies.
Design conversational AI solutions with multi-turn interactions, automation flows, and enterprise integrations.
Develop reusable frameworks for prompts, plugins, connectors, and agent orchestration.Enterprise Integration
• Integrate Copilot solutions with:
Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
Enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM)
Design API-based and event-driven architectures using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management). AI Strategy & Consulting

Implement prompt engineering and instruction design for accurate responsesTechnical Skills
• Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (must-have)
• Strong knowledge of:
Conversational AI & chatbot development
Prompt engineering & agent instruction design
• Experience with:
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
API integrations and connectors
• Basic familiarity with:
Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
RAG-based solutions and knowledge grounding
