Role Responsibilities

Support the delivery of brand sales, share, profit and gross margin percentages in selected categories
Utilize and deploy (with maximum effect) global shopper toolkits to create high impact brand presence in relevant shopper touchpoints within the region
Create cost effective, high impact shopper presence across Grocery and Pharmacy in regions where Global shopper toolkits are not suitable for local activation
Support shopper, category, and retailer research on key shopper campaigns through the analysis of insights
Create powerful relationships with National Accounts to optimize the most impactful and effective shopper solutions including face-to-face customer meetings
Bring strong regional insight as well as retail, category and shopper needs into competitor activity to ensure global and area toolkits are maximized in their effectiveness
Perform as a shopper lead throughout the commercial planning process to ensure the shopper voice is at the heart of the brand and customer plans
Evaluate shopper/retailer activation to ensure the business is spending money efficiently while continually improving and delivering Return on Investment (ROI)
Manage the shopper budget, monthly forecasting, and the phasing of spend

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong consumer marketing, shopper marketing and commercial execution experience. You are comfortable translating brand strategies into effective shopper tools, influencing cross-functional teams, working directly with customers and using data-led insights to identify opportunities that drive brand performance, sales growth and customer engagement.
