- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium preferably.
- Set up automation frameworks from scratch and Integrate automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline.
- Perform API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web services.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Provide technical training to upskill the existing testing team.

- Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience for web automation using Java/Python preferably Selenium.
- Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- Strong knowledge of Agile test methodology.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA.
- Experience with database testing preferably SQL for data validation and analysis.

- Knowledge of any Automation tools like Cypress/Test Robot Automation.
- GenAI, LLM Model testing experience.
- Strategize and estimate new automation requirements/projects.
- Preferred domain experience in Finance and Banking.
- Certification in Automation/Performance testing like CSTAS and CPTP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality complex solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
