Job Description
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Validate configurations across ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM, ITOM, CSM
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks using ServiceNow ATF
- Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to review requirements, identify gaps, and raise defects early.
- Log, track, and manage defects through the full lifecycle using Jira or equivalent tools.
