Python Technical Specialist - DevOps

• Min 8 years of industry experience
• Min 5 years of Python scripting & development experience.
• Exposure to libraries such as Numpy, DataFrame, Pandas, NLTK, SciPy, matplotlib, Keras
• Very good at SQL & PL-SQL
• Hands on with Source Code mgmt tools such as GIT/TFS
• DevOps culture; be ready to manage both kind of roles

Nice to have

Expertise with another OOP language (C#, Java)

• Create automated test suites using Python
• Experience with Oracle-FCCM Suite
• Hands on with CI/CD

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement devops solutions using python programming language and github version control system.
2. Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve release cycles.
3. Design, configure, and maintain ci/cd pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to devops tools and processes.
5. Ensure adherence to best practices in version control, code quality, and security standards.
6. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of devops practices within the organization.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in python programming language for automation and scripting tasks.
2. Experience working with devops tools and technologies such as github for version control.
3. Strong understanding of ci/cd pipelines and their implementation in software development.
4. Knowledge of containerization technologies like docker and container orchestration tools like kubernetes.
5. Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as terraform or ansible.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast paced environment.
7. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams effectively.
