Duties and responsibilities
Prepare the Program of Works for the projects through the entire duration of the project life cycle
Assess the different project programs and consider different simulations and scenarios, to optimize the project timeline and cash‐flow.
Consider the peculiarities of projects in the same or different geographies while maintaining consistency in the programs strategy.
Schedule performance analysis, monitor progress and follow‐up the projects in execution.
Review and maintain Program KPI’s for the projects in execution to consider those for future projects
Support Project Managers in all aspects related to the timeline management, baselines, critical path follow‐up, deviations, EOT and claims.
Support teams in the negotiation of EPC/ICP contracts in aspects associated with the reporting, the use of internal and external tools, negotiation of the Program of Works and identification, S‐Curves weighting, to ensure the projects can be delivered on time
Development of EVM S‐Curves
Collaborate in the development and implementation of procedures, tools and templates.

Support contract close‐out discussions, as well as the management and negotiations of extension of time claims
Travel of anywhere from 10‐25% may be required for the purposes of required face‐to‐face meetings and events with key stakeholders of the organization, including project site visits as required.

Work Experience
Knowledge & Experience
Prior experience in project planning/Scheduling of renewables projects (PV preferred) through different phases (Greenfield, Development, Design and Execution, Start‐Up)
Knowledge of EPC/ICP contracts
Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional. Experienced in Project Online tool (PWA) is a plus. Experienced in other equivalent software is a plus (Oracle Primavera P6)
Experience in solar project development, design and construction, timelines and rates of performance
Experienced in Project Controls, KPI’s gathering, baseline follow‐up, SCurves, Reporting, deviations, mitigations, EoT and claims. Knowledge of planning forensic analysis is a plus.
Knowledge of tools and techniques to optimize overall project performance
Identify, assess and implement value‐added improvement opportunities which will improve overall projects performance
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to diagnosis and solve problems within limited time frames
Efficient at data capture and analysis exercises using different systems
Some Power BI experience is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Material preferred), Project Management, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
3+ years of project scheduling and controls experience

Ability to work autonomously with short deadlines
Ability to communicate and report effectively
Good IT skills and eager to learn new ones
Rigorous, structured and sense of anticipation
