Manages, develops, and implements supply chain planning and order management projects of varying complexity and size. Partners with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, establish plans and timelines, manage risks and resources, and deliver sustainable solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert in Oracle EBS Order Management, EDI, and related supply chain processes while driving continuous improvement and change management initiatives across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple supply chain planning and order management projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and business objectives.
Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resources, and performance measures.
Deploy Order Management initiatives and projects in line with agreed objectives, priorities, and timelines.
Partner with business stakeholders, IT, supply chain, and global cross-functional teams to design and implement sustainable global order management solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle EBS Order Management, EDI, Release Management (RLM), processing rules, CUM management, forecasting solutions, and data management.
Provide expertise across key EDI transactions, including Planning (830), Sequenced (866), Shipping (862), Purchase Orders (850), Order Acknowledgment (855/865), Shipment Notification (856), and Invoicing (810).
Act as an Order Management process owner, supporting the end-to-end flow from source systems through order fulfillment at plants.
Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and resource plans; monitor progress and take corrective action to ensure timely delivery.

Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage project risks and issues; work with stakeholders to develop alternatives and effective solutions.
Monitor and communicate project status, key risks, dependencies, issues, and performance to project sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams.
Plan and monitor project budgets, resources, and other project requirements to support effective execution.
Identify and assign appropriate resources to project activities and provide guidance and coaching to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Support user training, adoption, and change management activities associated with new processes, systems, and solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve supply chain performance, process efficiency, customer experience, cost, inventory, and delivery outcomes.
Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions and solution development.
Document project outcomes, lessons learned, process knowledge, and best practices and share them across teams.
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams across different time zones to achieve project and business objectives.
Build strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders and ensure solutions address business and customer needs.
Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly Order Management and the integration of information, products, and services from source systems through fulfillment.
Preferred knowledge in Salesforce CPQ Tool.
Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS Order Management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting agreed commitments and timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex and sometimes conflicting information and develop practical solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage different audiences across business and technical teams.
Experience supporting change management, user training, and implementation of new processes or systems.
Strong business acumen and financial awareness, with the ability to understand business drivers and make informed decisions.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and organizational levels.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to develop and deliver solutions aligned with customer and business requirements.
Ability to manage conflict constructively and resolve project issues with minimal disruption.

Qualifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required; preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, supply chain, order management, or related functional areas.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional business environment is preferred.
