Project Lead (Airport Project within Karnataka) (Exp required 20-25 yrs)

Job Description

Good communication skills.Single point contact, Lead end-to-end project delivery for large scale airport infrastructure projects from inception through handover,Develop project execution strategies, delivery methodologies and governance frameworks aligned with client objectives,Oversee multi-disciplinary teams including design, construction management, cost, quality, contract, and technical specialists,Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and end-users,Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety; implement corrective actions for deviations,Chair project steering committees, management reviews, and coordination meetings provide strategic decision-making,Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements,Manage project risks, change orders, resolve disputes, and escalate critical issues to client,Review and approve major project deliverables including design packages, procurement strategies, construction plans, and quality documentation Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and knowledge management across project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualification: BE Civil with PMC Background

Industry : Airport experience is mandatory; years of experience in airports shall be min. 5 years
