Job Requirements

• Tracks and updates all contractor billings through interactions with Finance & Accounts

• Contributes to achievement of project targets through timely procurement-related activities, e.g. by purchasing in advance, raw material that would be of use in subsequent phases

• Monitors the activities of the PMC through periodic audits

• Plans the project schedule with the Contractors along with the PMC

• Procures material through inputs from the PMC

• Coordinates with the PMC to conduct weekly project review meetings to update the other departments on the project status

• Conducts periodic audits through the PMC to ensure that all safety-related parameters are met with

• Conducts periodic quality checks through the PMC and goes on weekly audits to validate material testing, absence of ‘honeycombing’, etc.

• Complies with company defined guidelines and processes

• Adheres to project timelines

• Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement

• Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity

• Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
