Program Manager

Program Manager is expected to align multiple, interdependent key business accounts to achieve broader strategic, operational, and financial goals. He shall be accountable to nurture existing business and elevate to next horizons.

The primary responsibilities of an Engineering Program Manager include

Strategic Alignment: Translates high-level organizational or client business objectives into an actionable, cross-departmental roadmap, ensure all engagements and projects collectively move the business forward rather than working in silos.

Dependency & Risk Management: Orchestrates complex, cross-functional engineering efforts by identifying bottlenecks and managing dependencies between distributed teams, and third-party vendors

Financial & Operational Governance: Own program-level budgets, tracks resource allocation, and monitors capitalization rates to ensure engineering priorities remain cost-effective and compliant

Stakeholder Communication: Acts as the central communication bridge, translating complex metrics into clear, executive-ready or client-facing updates.

Organization Enablement: Drives process changes, continuous improvement, and the adoption of agile methodologies across organization.

Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high satisfaction.

• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular project status updates and reviews.
