For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience managing complex, multi-functional projects in an engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
Strong project planning, execution, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams in a global business environment.
Ability to interpret technical information and apply it to project execution activities.
Demonstrated capability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally or internationally, as required by project needs.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Professional project management certification such as PMP, Prince2, CAPM, APM, or equivalent.
Experience leading multi-site and multi-country projects.
Knowledge of contract management, commercial negotiations, and change order administration.
Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain coordination, and project financial management.
Experience managing projects with significant customer interaction and complex stakeholder requirements.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
