The Product Manager – Personal Loan will be responsible for driving value propositions for the Personal Loan business within the Retail Banking unit. This role involves developing and executing strategies to expand products, channels, customer segments, and the overall customer base. The focus is on delivering banking solutions in a cost-efficient and technology-driven manner. The role requires managing teams, systems, processes, and fostering a scalable and consistent delivery culture. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU is essential to ensure a seamless and fulfilling customer experience, positioning IDFC First Bank as the primary banking partner.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement value propositions for the Personal Loan lending business.
Manage the product lifecycle, including customer segmentation and needs assessment.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance customer acquisition through digital channels.
Monitor portfolio performance and quality, providing insights and recommendations to Product and Sales teams for course correction.
Support the Product team in creating differentiated offerings to drive growth in the Personal Loan category.
Work with the Business Analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
