What you will be doing (Role Accountabilities)
As an Individual Contributor you will provide support to professional services category leads in BT
You will support the procurement category strategy build and align with business owners.
You will support RFx activity to ensure best commercial value for BT
You will ensure all contract adherence is maintained to ensure timely agreements
You will ensure excellent oral and written communications & influencing skills with the capability to present to a more senior audience
You will build and develop excellent relationships with your stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed (Skills & Experience)
Graduate / Postgraduate in Procurement/ Supply chain or Finance/Accounting
Preferably 5+ year’s relevant experience with a MNC
Highly Numerate/Good commercial modelling skills
Excellent Presentation & Interpersonal skills
Excellent Communication / Articulation skills
Ability to navigate large complex organisations
Straightforward, trustworthy
Able to work independently to resolve issues
Ability to work accurately to tight timeframes
Able to identify improvement opportunities and introduce these into the immediate work area and also across the wider team
