Seeking experienced Oracle Health Millennium Support & Migration Engineers to lead production support, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and support Oracle Health Millennium migration and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead L2/L3 support for Oracle Health Millennium applications and infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, availability, and operational stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, service requests, and system issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support application upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
Participate in Millennium migration, transformation, and cloud adoption projects.
Support application, data, and infrastructure migration activities, including cutover and post-migration stabilization.
Support and troubleshoot integrations using HL7, FHIR APIs, C-CDA, and SMART on FHIR.
Work with interface teams to resolve interoperability issues.
- Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and NetScaler/Citrix ADC environments.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL procedure, functions, packages, and triggers to support business applications, improve database performance, and migration
Manage certificates, authentication services, and secure access solutions.

11 years of experience in implementing or supporting IT solutions or operations or related experience
OR
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 7 years of experience in implementing or supporting IT solutions or operations or related experience
OR
Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 5 years of experience in implementing or supporting IT solutions or operations or related experience.

Solution Architecture: Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, on scope, and within budget. Service Delivery Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage high-quality service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction. Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs, leading teams and allocating resources for timely project delivery.
