Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and driven professional with around 7 years of experience to lead initiatives in business development and program management focused on our Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio. This role bridges technology, business strategy, and execution, aiming to maximize the commercial and strategic value of IP assets while driving innovation and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities leveraging the IP portfolio
Develop and execute IP monetization strategies including licensing, partnerships, and joint venture
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform IP positioning and strategic direction
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, customers, and industry stakeholder
IP Portfolio Management
Collaborate with R&D and legal teams to assess and prioritize IP filing

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Law
7+ years of experience in IP strategy, business development, or technology management
Strong understanding of patent systems, IP valuation, and commercialization
Proven ability to manage complex programs and cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
Experience in semiconductors, software, or deep tech industries
Familiarity with global IP landscapes and regulatory framework
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to executive
