Principal Associate- Design

As a Senior Manager in CAD Design (Textiles), with 5 to 15 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the Computer-Aided Design process within the textile industry. Your responsibilities will involve leading a team of CAD designers, collaborating closely with various departments, and ensuring the successful execution of design projects. Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, production, and marketing to understand design requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Understanding on various fabrics qualities & able to identify & analyse the fabric qualities.
• Use CAD software to create detailed textile designs suck as check , stripes & Dobby designs for western mens causal brands.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and design specifications throughout the design process.
• Stay abreast of current trends, technologies, and best practices in CAD design to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Textronics, Texcad & Basic knowledge of Adobe software.
• Demonstrated experience in textile CAD design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing design projects from concept to execution.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
