Principal - Analytics

• Holds a master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering from a reputed institution.
• Brings in experience in data handling for business analytics, machine learning, statistics, or enterprise analytics roles.
• Proficiency of AI platforms and tools (at least one) and hands on experience of leveraging AI in current scope of work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a capability to continuously learn.

• Execution & Impact
• Builds and scales advanced analytical engines (predictive, prescriptive, simulation-based) to support transformation initiatives across service lines.
• Owns enterprise performance management—setting Q&P goals, publishing executive insights, and driving continuous improvement.
• Establishes risk analytics frameworks to proactively identify, predict, and mitigate delivery and operational risks.
• Adoption & Change Management
• Drives institutionalization of analytics through platforms, automation, and enterprise-wide adoption programs.
• Designs and leads change management initiatives to embed a data- and AI-driven culture across stakeholders.
• External Thought Leadership & Benchmarking
• Represents the organization in industry forums; builds IP, POVs, and whitepapers on analytics and AI-led transformation.
• Defines and executes benchmarking strategies leveraging internal data, competitive intelligence, and industry datasets.
• Enhances stakeholder experience using advanced analytics on CSAT, ESAT, IPSAT, and behavioral data.
• AI & Emerging Capabilities
• Demonstrates working knowledge of designing and deploying simple AI agents/use cases (e.g., using MS copilot for generating automated actionable insights).
• Has exposure to modern AI tools and platforms (e.g., GenAI ecosystems, ML platforms, enterprise AI studios) and drives their adoption within analytics workflows.

Experience

• 10–15 years

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Statistics from a reputed institution, or
• Engineering degree with relevant analytics and AI experience
