Roles and Responsibilities

This is a mid senior team lead position where it will be critical for leader to deliver on enabling KPI related to procurement & supply chain This position entails rich domain experience in luggage , handbags , watches, home & Kitchen products across product development , manufacturing excellence & vendor strategyThe role requires good leadership capabilities to lead a team and engage effectively with x functional stakeholders The role mandates through understanding of costing fundamentels , cost negotiations and the related financial ratios for evaluating business profitability Should be having good capability to understand application of information technology including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Query language and be able to quickly learn new applications enabling product lifecycle management process.Must have a good rational approach, problem solving and be capable of understanding the working process quickly .Possess sound communication and negotiation skills to influence key stakeholders within and outside the organization
