Apple’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization supports tens of thousands of Apple employees, customers and vendors on just about every topic imaginable. We offer advice and develop innovative solutions to challenging problems that come up all around the world. As Apple continues to grow its global presence in new and existing markets, the GBS organization is also growing to better manage and operate the regional sites and drive global coordination.

Apple’s H2R Compensation Services Team is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist skilled at providing the highest quality support to our business partners, 3rd party vendors and employees in a highly dynamic fast paced environment. The Payroll Specialist will be working with internal and external partners to ensure proper payments to 3rd party vendors and regulatory agencies. We’re looking for an individual who’s innovative, driven, collaborative and trustworthy; someone that is flexible, manages change, and thoroughly understand processes across functional groups.

Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years experience in Payroll, Accounting or Finance working across multiple services. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel Technical aptitude with database management and analysis and/or AI tools Knowledge of Vendor Payment process end to end process Understanding of benefits and payroll administration, processes and tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of collaboration at all levels.
