Oracle Cloud Testing HCM Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Testing Consultant with 8+ years of experience in testing Oracle Fusion Cloud Testing with mandatory expertise in HCM modules and exposure to Finance and/or SCM testing. . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing, multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies.

Key Skills:

Oracle Fusion HCM Testing (Mandatory) with experience in Oracle Finance and/or SCM Cloud testing. Manual Testing & Test Management End-to-End Implementation Experience OATS / TOSCA (Preferred) Defect Management & Reporting Test Planning & Automation Frameworks

Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle Fusion applications. Design and maintain automated testing frameworks using

OATS/TOSCA

(TOSCA preferred). Collaborate with development, functional, and QA teams to define test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Manage defect lifecycle, tracking, reporting, and resolution to meet project timelines. Review test automation plans, test reports, and quality metrics to ensure compliance with standards. Support successful delivery of high-quality Oracle Cloud solutions through effective testing practices.

Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, and/or SCM modules. Hands-on exposure to TOSCA Test Automation (Good to have) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
