Oracle Cloud PLM Senior Consultant

In the role of a Senior Consultant (Oracle Agile PLM + Java), you will anchor the technical solution effort for Agile PLM implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and support engagements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle Agile PLM solutions.

You will be responsible for designing and developing Agile PLM customizations, Process Extensions (PX), Event Subscribers, Web Services integrations, reports, data migration utilities, and Java-based applications supporting Product Lifecycle Management processes. You will also contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, performance optimization, and best practices while mentoring junior team members.

Additionally, you will support solutioning activities, effort estimations, proof of concepts, and technical proposals to help clients accelerate their PLM transformation journey.

Design, develop, and support Oracle Agile PLM solutions across implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Develop and maintain Agile PLM customizations using Agile SDK, Process Extensions (PX), Event Subscribers, and Java-based components. Configure and support Agile PLM modules including Product Collaboration (PC), Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C), Product Quality Management (PQM), and Product Portfolio Management (PPM). Design and implement integrations between Agile PLM and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, and third-party applications. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support Engineering Change Management processes including ECO, MCO, SCO, and workflow automation. Perform system troubleshooting, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and production support. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, deployment planning, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Ensure adherence to development standards, quality processes, security guidelines, and best practices.

Experience in Agile PLM upgrades, migrations, and global rollout programs is preferred. Exposure to Oracle Cloud PLM and coexistence/migration strategies from Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM is an added advantage. Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, High-Tech, or Industrial Equipment industries preferred. Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks is desirable. Oracle Agile PLM certification and Java certifications will be an added advantage. Ability to work effectively in global delivery and client-facing environments.
