Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of field instruments and control systems. Maintain process instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, conductivity, differential pressure, and analytical instruments. Troubleshoot instrumentation faults to minimize equipment downtime. Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of critical instruments as per approved schedules.

Monitor and maintain PLC, SCADA, and DCS-based process control systems. Diagnose and rectify control system failures in coordination with automation and production teams. Support modification, optimization, and commissioning of automation systems. Maintain backups of PLC/DCS/SCADA programs and configuration files.
