MICROSOFT D365 FIELD SERVICE - SUPPORT

Join our team as a Senior D365 Field Service Developer & Functional Consultant and make a significant impact on our clients' field service operations. You'll lead the design and development of end-to-end Field Service processes, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the technical and functional aspects of our projects.

• Lead requirements discovery workshops for work orders, incident types, and service tasks.

• Design comprehensive field service processes, including work order management and scheduling.

• Configure D365 Field Service components: Universal Resource Scheduling, Schedule Board, Assets & Locations, and more.

• Define and manage test strategies, author user stories, and lead UAT and training sessions.

• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and build operational dashboards.

• Extend D365 CE/Field Service with Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Build Power Automate flows and create Power Apps for customization.

• Develop REST-based integrations with ERP and IoT platforms using Azure services.

• Implement Connected Field Service patterns and design security models with Azure DevOps.

• 6-10 years of experience, including 4+ years in D365 CE/Field Service delivery.

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.
