Meet the Team
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a Scrum Team within Supply Chain IT. As the Scrum Master in this role you will be facilitating agile ceremonies, mitigating blockers, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions that advance our supply chain operations. You will be a key partner in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
As the Scrum Master, you will serve as the heartbeat of our agile process. You will guide the team through complex technical challenges, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment with our broader Supply Chain IT objectives. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable integrations that power our business.
Your Impact

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. As the scrum master you will track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project health to provide visibility to leadership. We expect our scrum master’s to act as a dedicated advocate for the team, removing impediments and shielding members from external distractions to maintain focus. You will also partner with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and ensure clear, actionable prioritization. Collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on project goals, dependencies, and deliverables is a must.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical project management or a related discipline.
- Demonstratable experience in supply chain operations
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a software development environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
