What You Can Expect

You will work on the development of computer-assisted surgery instruments, as well as the improvement of existing products. You will be responsible for delivering innovative, high-quality designs that meet customer needs, within prescribed timelines and in accordance with applicable standards.

How You'll Create Impact

• Understanding and responding to customer needs by attending surgeries, meeting collaborating surgeons, and participating in product development labs.

• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for the success of new product development projects and improvement projects for existing products that meet surgeons' needs.

• Participating in the search for solutions and designing 3D models using CAD software.

• Having prototypes produced and tested, determining manufacturing processes, creating manufacturing drawings, and actively participating in transferring the design to production in an outsourced manufacturing context.
