As a Customer Marketing Specialist for India, you will play a critical role in implementing and scaling innovative marketing programs. You’ll bring campaigns to life with speed, precision, and quality - working across local, regional and global teams in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
As a data-driven marketer you’ll have expertise in digital content creation, social/influencer marketing, WhatsApp, email, and optimizing for SEO, LLM, and paid-media.
This role is designed for a strong executor who takes ownership, thrives in complexity, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
What you’ll do
Implement marketing programs for India across key customer segments (such as Creators, Creative Professionals, Business Professionals, and Students), owning end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, briefs, content creation/localization and approval.
Manage creative agencies closely to ensure execution is on-brand, culturally relevant, and on time.
Partner closely with internal teams for integrated campaign delivery across Media, Social, PR, Lifecycle Marketing, SEO and Adobe.com.
Support the Director of India Customer Marketing to create local campaigns based on customer insights as well as adapt global creative to suit local culture, needs and trends.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance, reporting to key interested parties on results.
Operate effectively within Adobe’s global–regional–local marketing model
What you bring
4+ years of hands-on experience implementing digital marketing for B2C in India, with strong expertise in social first programs including user generated content.
Proven experience managing creative/advertising agencies to deliver high-quality work, on time.
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Curiosity and customer-first mentality that translates into highly relevant messaging and content creation for Indian customers.
