What this job involves:

- Develop comprehensive financial models for real estate projects.

- Understanding of financial modelling of various real estate asset classes such as commercial, residential, hospitality, data centres, etc.

- Develop structured models with an understanding of various business plan proposals such as Joint Development (JD) and Joint Venture (JV) models

- Execution of of studies including, but not limited to, feasibility, location consulting, best use, technical due diligence and valuation

- Understanding and clearly outlining objectives of the clients requirement and assignments

- Strategize the work for quality and timely delivery

- Identify innovative solutions and develop report structures accordingly

- Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets and competitors

- Delivery good quality analysis for market data as well as financial analysis

- Co-ordinate with consulting team members across regions for Pan-India assignments
