Manager - SAP-Project Management

The Manager – SAP Project Management will spearhead complex SAP rollout initiatives within the SAP PM Competency – Delivery team. You will own full project lifecycles, from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution, risk mitigation, and post‑go‑live support, driving excellence and value for our clients.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business objectives.

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

• Facilitate regular status reporting and communication with senior leadership and clients.

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance, and quality standards.

• Manage vendor relationships and third‑party service providers.

• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post‑implementation reviews.

• Oversee resource forecasting, allocation, and performance management.

• Champion change management and user adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale SAP implementation or transformation projects.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
