Manager | Product/Service Design | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ Operate

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design efforts for specific products or features within consumer-facing digital platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, and data science to solve complex problems and ensure the highest quality solutions.

• Conduct user research to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.

• Leverage data insights to inform product iteration.

• Work with developers and QA to ensure the user interface is functional and meets design specifications.

• Ensure consistency and quality across the product experience.

• Create UX deliverables such as storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, user interfaces and leadership presentations for client’s consumer-facing digital products

• Contribute to the evolution of the design systems.

• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to elevate design quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/product design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing digital products, preferably in eCommerce or similar B2C domains.

• Strong understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies.
